Returns and Refunds Policy

45-Day Return Policy RKEPIE offers a 45-day return policy. You have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with all original packaging and parts included (hearing aid, chargers, cables, tools, etc.).

Return Process

  1. Contact us at hearingaidsservice@gmail.com to initiate a return.

  2. For US orders, returns must be sent to: 15791 Quality Way, Chino, CA 91708.

  3. We will provide a return shipping label via email. If you choose to use your own shipping method, the package must arrive at our warehouse within the 45-day window.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you paid with a Visa/Mastercard Gift Card, you must retain the original card to receive the refund.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us at hearingaidsservice@gmail.com.

Exceptions

  • Accessory Packs: Non-refundable if opened or seal is broken.

  • Ear Cleaning Kits: Refundable within 45 days only if the plastic seal is intact.

European Union Customers Customers in the EU have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return their order for any reason. The conditions above regarding the original condition of the item still apply.

Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once fulfilled, tracking information will be updated via email. If we cannot verify your shipping address within 10 days of purchase, the order will be canceled and refunded.
